Good food thrives upon the freshness and naturalness of the products which are used.  Ingredients grown under the very best ecological conditions provide the basis for a delightful dining experience.
Creative approaches to time-tested recipes serve to combine traditional country cooking with gourmet cuisine.  The broad repertoire of our desserts, featuring the best of Austrian pastry confections, has represented a very special temptation here at the LINDE for many a year.

Our Cellars.
The right wine serves as the perfect compliment to a great meal.  In our old vaults, select labels find their rightful place and are given plenty of time to develop their characteristic taste.  Particular attention has been paid, of course, to Austrian wines.  Our selection ranges from the vineyards of the Wachau, to the "Styrian Classics" and the sweet wines of the Burgenland.
