Our creative interpretation of traditional Tyrolese recipes and dishes has put the Linde on top of the list for gourmands and foodies in the Zillertal valley. By carefully selecting our produce, either from our own garden or from local and regional providers, we can vouch for the outstanding quality of all our dishes. Georg Ebster and his team of young chefs who follow in the footsteps of senior partner Hannes Ebster are ready to surprise guests with inventive and refined creations as well as craftsmanship brought to perfection.

An idyllic oasis surrounded by fruit-bearing trees and peonies, dotted with tables covered in embroidered tablecloths: Our Linde garden is a real centrepiece and our guests can enjoy al-fresco dining from as early as spring, either in the summer house or on the sunny terrace: Each part of this garden has its own unmistakable charm, especially on balmy summer nights when a soft breeze is blowing and the first guests are arriving in expectation of the culinary delights awaiting them.

Linde main house.
With its historical flair, the Linde has been enchanting visitors for centuries, and to this day its walls have borne witness to many stories unfolding. The idyllic garden and the time-honoured spaces of the main house offer a marvellous setting for weddings and other family affairs. Here, you can be guest and host at the same time – we will take care of your party's wellbeing, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy. Depending on the size of your party, you have the choice between our charming summer house, one of our traditional Tyrolean parlours or the large wedding hall that seats between 50 and 120 people and comes with a 80m² terrace overlooking the orchard. If you come together to celebrate at the Linde, you can be sure to experience unique and unforgettable moments. We are looking forward to hosting you!

The small but exclusive Linden-SPA with its heated outdoor pool, a bio- and a Finnish sauna is a brand-new addition to our hotel. The quiet room is at the heart of this small paradise: Enjoy exquisite Bioteaque teas made in Bavaria and let our staff spoil you with drinks and snacks – pool service starts at 3:00 PM. The Linden-SPA is open to all guests staying at the Linde. Day passes are available upon requests.

Our farm
Seasonal, fresh and
regional – products
from our farm.
Most of our products come from our farm, which is located just a few steps from our restaurant – and this is something we are proud of. We rear our own cattle, pigs and sheep. For us, ethical husbandry and feeding are a matter of course, and our neighbour takes care of the butchering, which is always executed expertly and with care – the Nester butchery is a mere 100 metres from the Linde. The fresh quail's or hen's eggs served for breakfast are freshly collected from our coop. Our hens can feed on lots of fresh herbs on the surrounding meadows, which causes the yolks to be a deep yellow and the eggs to taste particularly good.
